Fork Biscuits (with Goat Butter)
These biscuits are super easy to make and this reciepe makes a good lot, I have been making these for a while but have now adapted the reciepe for goats butter.
They are a family favourite and are knocked up with reasonable regularity.
The ingredents are there in the picture as shown
4 1/2oz of Goats butter (softened)
5oz of self raising flour
2oz of caster sugar
and thats it!
Method Pre heat the oven to 180 ° C (please adjust down slightly for fan assisit ovens)
Put the butter in the bowl and beat to soften
Add the Sugar and Flour into the butter and mix together to form a dough like consitency
Get two lined baking trays and roll lumps about the size of a large strawberry

Using a fork dipped into water, press down the dough balls to flattern and texture.
